Customer service was great, facility was clean and organized but i got charged apart from parts and labor, an additional 10% for consumables to get my vehicle battery changed and when I got my car back the clock wasn’t even reset and the vacuum never made it to the third row. Prices increased but no one has time to be proud of the work they provide.

I took in the car as two of the safety features were not working (lane departure and blind spot) as designed. The dealer indicated that no trouble was found but somehow the features started working again.

My service Manager, Anastasiia, was very attentive. She lined up an Uber for me so I could get ready for work while they were working on my car. She made me feel that my patronage was important.
