I didn't understand that your shuttle was actually your store calling for an Uber. We were left stranded in downtown Sarasota by our service advisor. She called to arrange our ride back but we needed a few minutes to get to an appropriate location for pick up. When I called back, I left a voicemail which she never returned. I also called a second time and the receptionist was unable to find ANY service advisor to help me. I ended up paying for my own Uber which took us to the Sunset Porsche location instead. The Porsche dealership was helpful and arranged an Uber for us to the VW dealership. When the service advisor finally called me back, instead of apologizing, she said she never got my voicemail.
