It was easy to make an appointment, staff were accommodating, Uber was available, the email with the results of the inspection was helpful and the service was finished in a timely manner.

There was only one person checking people in (Anastasia) and wouldn’t deviate from what they were doing to accommodate my needs. I’ve had previous experience with my last suv which was a way quicker check in process. My ride was here with my toddler needing to go to my next appt. Then when I came to pick up the car Anastasia didn’t have my paperwork ready after she called and said everything was done and ready. The gentleman that grabbed my keys in the beginning and car at the end was amazing and was making a big effort but Anastasia was not making any extra effort for anyone else. The service was quick and they did the recalls same appt which was nice.

Austin Murphy is excellent at his job. He keeps me informed of the progress during the service appointment and, when completed, explains the work that had been done and the cost - in language I can understand.
