The little things that elevate Customer Service to "outstanding" are back at Sunset Volkswagen. I received a prompt, friendly greeting while still in my car from Andrew who checked me in via tablet and directed me to the clean, comfortable lounge for a coffee and snack while I waited to confirm requested service and cost. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Received text updates and even a video of the service during the day. Pick up and check out was convenient for my working schedule (They're open until 6:00). I was directed to the cashier's desk, shown a detailed Inspection and Service Report along with a bill that matched the amount I'd been given during drop off. Once my bill was paid, I got in my freshly washed car that was thoughtfully parked right outside the door and was off. Every staff member I encountered was smiling and very friendly. Transactions were thorough and professional.

Austin was prompt and thorough during my service visit. I appreciated that he was engaged and treated me equally considering it was a covered 10,000 mile service visit. Also, Michael is the epitome of a greeter: showing enthusiasm and kindness to everyone who shows up. He truly is a ray of sunshine.
