    October 4, 2024: yearly maintenance on Taos. Included in this should have been an oil and filter change. Did this happen? Because every time I get in my car and start it up a reminder pops up that I need an oil change. Please confirm the service was performed. And if it was, why is the oil change reminder still occurring? If it wasn't, I need to bring my car in immediately. Lynn Emerson

    As always my consultant Austin was right on top of everything. I dropped off my car at the appointed time, was met with courteous and efficient service and was on the road again with a loaner within 20 minutes.

    I went to the website and was able to look at what was available and it was easy to use to see the vehicles, in and out including the options. The internet team texted me and led me to a salesman. The salesman and I began communicating on my needs and we agreed to discuss things further over the phone. Thomas was my salesman and we agreed when we would meet to make the purchase. It was just that easy and Thomas was amazing and very knowledgeable of the vehicles on site.

    Scheduling an appointment is easy and timely. A agent is there to greet and listen to issues upon arrival. Agents are always friendly and responsive. Waiting room is comfortable and snacks plentiful. Services rendered are explained in full. The best part, my car is returned clean and shiny.

    I bought the car on 9/20. I left the country on 9/21 and got back on 10/7. With the hurricane I did not get to drive the car more than. 5 minutes only after 10/14. When I rolled down my window, I found a lose noise and when I brought it back to the dealership they said the bolts on the retaining bar got lose/lost. This car supposedly went through a very through inspection yet I had to pay the deductible of my warranty for something should have covered as I haven't driven the car more than 3 days when this happened.
