There were situations that I felt were no customer orientated and gave the sales staff less opportunity to work with service drive . I think this will change in the new building !

Our purchase experience at Sunset managed by our fantastic Sales Consultant, Tom Shelby, was flawless ! We have purchased many new vehicles in our lives, and none were less stressful from start to finish. Sales Manager Brian Green added to our pleasurable experience by working with us to attain the final sales figure which was extremely competitive and very fair !

I have given VW 4 stars this time. It's always a 5 star but not this time. I was disappointed about my last service experience. Upon making my appointment for service via telephone with Jason, I asked for a loaner car so I could get to work. I was informed at that time that there were no cars available but I could get drop off and pickup services. When I arrived for my service appointment at 0730, I reminded the staff that I would need a ride to work and pick up. I was Notified that my car was ready for pick up @ 1405. when I spoke to Jason, I told him that I would be off work and ready for pickup at 1615-1630 he stated okay. At 1630 I sent a text to Jason to ask about the driver coming. Jason responded to me asking for the address to my place of employment and that an Uber would have to ordered. First Uber cancelled, Second one was lost and didn't get to me until 1705/1710. So, I had to wait for 45/50 mins or so to get a ride back to VW to get my car. This should have been schedule once I arrived for my appointment. Just think if i had not called no one would have picked me up. Also, for my person(Jason) that was there to receive my care could have waited for me to arrive for pick up incase I had any questions. It was disheartening that he left for the day once I arrived to VW. Just a little disappointed and still haven't received a call from VW apologizing for my inconvenience. No need at this point that happened last week Friday. Hopefully this helps.
