Everything was ready for me when I arrived, including a loaner. Was kept informed throughout service by Austin and retrieved my freshly cleaned, in and out, Vw as promised.

The level of service from the staff of Sunset Volkswagen was great. My particular problem with the car was hard for me to convey. The car really needed to be test driven for the technician to understand the problem which is a manual transmission shifting problem. Presently, the problem is manageable but it is often still hard to shift into first gear and reverse so my problem was not fully resolved.
