The service operations went as planned; all explaind first and subsequently followed through. However, two days later I found I paid for MY service and presumably someone else's at 5 times my charge.

Brand new Tiguan in the shop twice for engine light and same codes now. No one knows what’s going on and what’s wrong. They have to call Germany for directions. Now second time there in three weeks for almost a week. They have had the car longer than I owned this brand new vehicle.
