My service advisor, Austin, went above and beyond. I came in for a TPS light and while I was there he helped me order cross bars for our Thule roof rack. We needed it quickly bc we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Austin got it in the next day and when I came to pick it up, he put the bars on for me! My husband was traveling for work and I knew I would struggle to do it on my own. He didn’t have to do that but he stepped right in and didn’t bat an eye. He is a true professional with great customer service skills. Give that man a nice bonus this year!
