My appointment was at 1:00 Austin came out to tell me that the battery had to be replaced and he would keep me informed.At 3:30 I looked out the window and saw my car in the parking lot. I went up to the girl at the desk and said my car is in the parking lot. She checked and gave me my keys. I asked why no one told me my car was ready. She had a blank look on her face and no apologies. Austin never came back to tell me my car was ready. Very disappointed.
