    I think the main problem was not solved. I have made a note for your service people, but it seems that they have not made a serious test drive to hear the noise of the engine or exhaust They just checked the batterie.

    The service with getting the tire fixed was outstanding. An Uber ride was provided to my work and because it would t work in the evening when I was getting off the car was brought to me. At the same time my car was cleaned as well. Great Service!

    Check back with me when my car is repaired. I had warning lights on the dashboard that said to contact the dealer. My husband called for an appointment and the earliest was one week later at 7:30 am, which is during rush hour. He drove 1 hour to the appointment, waited 2 hours, and then was told they need to order the part. They said it’s okay to drive and they’ll call when the part comes in. That was Monday. Today is Thursday, after 5pm, and still no update from them. I am very disappointed. I have dealt with this dealership for close to 20 years and bought my last 3 cars from them. This car, 2024 Jetta SE, is my last unless they amp up their game!!

    I am very disappointed with the lack of communication after my car was finished. It was completed at 11:30 AM on 1/13 and was supposed to be delivered to my house that same day. When I returned home at 5 PM and my car still hadn’t arrived, I called and was transferred to Alexa's voicemail. I left a message but never received a call back. The following morning, I called again and was transferred to a voicemail system four times to four different people, including someone who was supposedly a supervisor. Despite leaving multiple messages, I never received a single call back. After two hours of frustration, I finally asked to speak with the cashier. Unlike everyone else, she took action, found out what was happening with my car, and called me back within 10 minutes with an update. Her efforts were the only bright spot in an otherwise stressful experience. This entire situation caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I had an important appointment, and my car wasn’t returned until about 20 minutes before I needed to leave. A supervisor or someone in charge should have reached out to explain the delay. This lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable.
