This is the 12th VW that either or both my husband or I have owned or leased. We are greatly saddenened to learn that when our current 3 year lease expires in 2028 there will be no sedan available for us and that we will not be able to by the former car of choice. We have owned or leased a Kerman Gaia, several Beetles, 2 or 3 Passats, and this our 3rd Jetta. Alas, must all good things come to an end?

My Tiguan was experiencing A\C issues. I called my Servive Advisor, Austin, and he was able to get me in the next day! The issue was a result of low coolant and their was towed off and a pressure test was completed There were no issues.

Perhaps one of the best service experiences I've ever had. From Michael at the front - who is your best ambassador - makes you feel like a VIP but also takes action to help you out - offered to carry things to and from the loaner, reminded me to check for my garage door opener. My service advisors was excellent too - I regretably have misplaced his card! The car was not just washed - it was CLEANED - almost seemed like it was detailed!
