    The service took 2.5 weeks from start to finish. Longer than desired but a new part had to be ordered. Frankly, I’m not thrilled with the vehicle quality. Already had to replaced a scratched windshield and a cracked plastic door jam from the factory. I would really appreciate a free extension of my bumper to bumper and drive chain warranty by at least two years and 20,000 miles. I don’t trust that this vehicle will not have future quality issues. I expect better from VW.
