Receptionist who answers for service , not an advisor, was EXTREMELY RUDE! As I sat on the side of 75 with a car that wouldn’t drive. I needed her assistance!! I spent $2500 plus on my repair , I’m shopping for a new mechanic.

I dropped my daughter’s car off for her 40,000 mile service. I was greeted by Michael, who is so sweet. I was escorted to the brand new fully stocked waiting area. Andrew came in and sat with me to obtain information. He then was ordered me an Uber to take me home, which I didn’t expect and was very grateful. Andrew called me when the car was ready. The dealership/service department is modern and well thought out. It’s the service department employees that will bring customers back.
