Disappointed that my service advisor didn’t communicate with me more quickly. Dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. Didn’t hear from her so finally called her at noon. Was initially promised my car would be done that day and then it was t until the next day…just to replace oil pan and change oil. For $1,600 VW could do better.
